We understand plans can change. That's why we offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before most tours begin.
Day Tours & Excursions
- 100%48+ hours before: Full refund
- 50%24-48 hours before: 50% refund or full credit
- 0%Less than 24 hours: No refund (credit available)
Multi-Day Tours
- 100%30+ days before: Full refund (minus processing fees)
- 50%15-30 days before: 50% refund
- 25%7-14 days before: 25% refund
- 0%Less than 7 days: No refund (credit may apply)
Nile Cruises
Due to cabin reservation requirements, Nile cruises have specific policies:
- 100%60+ days before: Full refund
- 75%30-60 days before: 75% refund
- 50%15-30 days before: 50% refund
- 0%Less than 15 days: No refund
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us via email, phone, or WhatsApp with your booking reference
- We'll confirm your cancellation and applicable refund amount
- Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Travel Credits
If refund isn't available, we offer travel credits valid for 24 months. Credits can be used for any Saladino Tours service and are fully transferable.
Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of natural disasters, political events, or other force majeure situations, we work with affected travelers to reschedule or provide full credits regardless of timing.
