1. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from Saladino Tours Egypt. The person making the booking accepts these terms on behalf of all travelers in the party.
Full payment is required at least 30 days before the tour start date for standard bookings. Nile cruises and peak season bookings may require earlier payment.
2. Pricing
All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change until booking is confirmed. Prices include services as specified in your booking confirmation. Any additional services or changes may incur extra charges.
3. Cancellation Policy
- More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees
- 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund
- 7-14 days before departure: 25% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund (credit may be offered)
Nile cruises have specific cancellation policies due to cabin reservation requirements. These will be detailed in your booking confirmation.
4. Travel Documents
Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents. Saladino Tours Egypt is not liable for denied entry or travel disruptions due to inadequate documentation.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings. Travel is at your own risk.
6. Liability
Saladino Tours Egypt acts as an agent for hotels, cruise operators, and other service providers. We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from the acts or omissions of these third parties. We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances.
7. Conduct
Travelers are expected to respect local customs, laws, and the rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
8. Complaints
Any complaints should be raised with your guide during the tour so we can address them immediately. Written complaints must be submitted within 28 days of tour completion.
